What I Learned/ Next Steps

What I Learned:

When designing View the World, I learned the value of usability studies and interviews, their feedback are very important to how to improve the app design.

Next Steps:

1. Conduct another round of usability studies to validate whether the pain points users experienced have been effectively addressed.
E.g. Loading is confusing, cannot proceed further in the art show etc.

2. Conduct more user research to determine any new areas of need.

3. Double check for any changes needed to address.
